Order Processing & Production Time
All Promo Prints products are custom made to order. Production begins after your design proof has been reviewed and approved. Production timelines vary by product and the delivery option selected. Each product page clearly displays the available delivery timelines before checkout. Most standard orders are produced and delivered within approximately 10 days after proof approval, while rush production and expedited shipping options may allow delivery in as little as 3 days depending on the product.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines displayed on each product page include both production time and shipping transit time. Customers can select their preferred delivery option during the ordering process.
Once your design proof is approved, your order will be scheduled for production and shipped to arrive on or before the guaranteed delivery date selected at checkout, except in rare circumstances outside our control.
